We’re delighted to host you and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in our brand-new apartment.

The apartment will be ready for check-in from 16:00 (4:00 PM).

Welcome to the Building

Step 1 – Enter the Building

When you arrive, go to the main Gate of the building. Use the keypad located underneath the intercom.
Building Gate Access Code: 9988# Once entered correctly, the entrance door will unlock automatically.

Step 2 – Collect Your Keys

After entering the building open ground floor, you will see a wall with several lockboxes on the right side of the building main entrance.

Open Lockbox B1- Use the code: 9584

Inside you will find:

  • Apartment key
  • Garage remote control

Please close the lockbox after removing the keys and scramble the numbers to lock it again.

Step 3 – Parking

Your apartment includes one free private parking space (Let us know if you need a second space and we will update you with availability).
The garage remote is attached to the apartment key.

Upper Garage Door

Press the TOP BUTTON on the remote to open the upper garage entrance.
Your reserved parking space is: P6 on the back side of the open ground floor.
Please park only in this designated space.

Step 4 – Enter the Apartment

Use the apartment key to unlock Apartment B1 on the 2nd floor at the right side.
Please! Once you enter, send us a message to confirm that everything is okay.

During Your Stay

To help us maintain the apartment in excellent condition, we kindly ask that you:

  • Respect quiet hours (15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00)
  • No parties or events
  • No smoking inside the apartment
  • Turn off the air conditioning when leaving
  • Switch off unnecessary lights
  • Lock the apartment whenever you leave

Check-Out

Check-out is before 12:00 PM.
This gives our housekeeping team enough time to prepare the apartment for the next guests.

Before You Leave

  • Please remember to:
  • Turn off lights
  • Turn off air conditioning Close all windows
  • Lock the apartment door
  • Leave used towels in the bathroom

    And if you have the time:
  • Wash used dishes
  • Take out the trash

Return the Keys

Please return:

  • Apartment key
  • Garage remote

    Back into Lockbox B1 using the same code 9584.
    Close the lockbox securely and scramble the numbers before leaving.
