Welcome to our spacious and sunkissed three-bedroom & two-bathroom apartment in Marousi. No matter the reason for your visit, we have created this apartment as an experience tailored to your every need and we have thoughtfully designed it to make you feel like home!
The apartments is located in a central area close to OAKA stadium, the train stations Irene and Neratziotisa. It’s also close to the hospitals Mitera, Iaso, Hygeia, IVF clinics and the malls Avenue, The Mall Athens and Golden Hall.
The space
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 8 people and it consists of a cohesive space for the kitchen and the living room with an indoor fireplace and the latest frame smart TV to use as a work of art or stream the latest entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities for cooking your favorite meals and a big dining table suitable for having guests over for dinner. Also, a Nespresso coffee machine along with a variety of coffee flavors to choose from could not be missing for the coffee lovers.
There are three bedrooms, one of which is also designed as an office space so that you can have a dedicated workspace. The mattresses and bed linens in all bedrooms are brand new and specifically bought for the picky sleepers. After all, a good night’s sleep sets the mood to conquer the day!
Moving on to the highlight of this apartment, the balcony. This is not your typical city balcony… We have transformed it into a garden!
