Welcome to our little gem apartment! Located in the heart of Marousi but also in a very quite neighborhood, the apartment is an oasis in the big city. With a sun-kissed garden, a dedicated workspace, a fireplace and a ultimate-comfort bed we hope that it will make you feel at home at all times of the day!
The space
The apartment consists of a cohesive space for the living room and kitchen. Additionally it has a bedroom with a brand new mattress specifically bought for the picky sleepers and an office room that can be turned into a bedroom upon request. Two more people can sleep on the sofa-bed in the livingroom. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary amenities for cooking your favourite meals but the highlight is the newest release of the Nespresso coffee machine and the coffee varieties that you can choose from.The garden gives you the feeling that you are far away from the hustle and bustle of Athens and is equipped with a dinning and a sitting area lovely for having dinner with friends or enjoying your morning coffee.

Have in mind that we are obligate by the Greek Tax authorities to declare the Tax ID or The Passport ID number of our guests.Please keep the building clean and observe the noon and night silence 15:00-18:00 and 22:00-08:00.
